This panel discussion will be moderated by Evan Smith, CEO and co-founder of The Texas Tribune, and will feature Dr. Nate Cannon, Dr. Stephanie Solansky, and Houston oil executive Michol Ecklund, as well as the Enron whistleblower and McCoy College's Executive in Residence, Sherron Watkins. The focus will be on long-term ramifications of Enron's fraud and 2001 collapse. We'll examine accounting, regulatory, ethical, legal, and business management perspectives as we ask: What happened? What have we learned? How has the business world changed? What can we expect moving forward? Dean Sanjay Ramchander will provide opening remarks

This FREE ONLINE EVENT hosted by the McCoy College of business at Texas State University will offer 1.5hrs of CPE credit. 

Being a mid-day event, this opportunity will work great for those who have limited evening availability.

  2. specify your organization as "IMA-SA" when registering with Texas State University
  3. Take note of FOUR "Polling words" that moderators will state throughout the event.
